Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 working days.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Bags must be returned unused, in their original condition, with the luggage tag attached.
To start a return, email bady5499@outlook.fr with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right: replacement or full refund, your choice.
